PEOPLE’S CHOICE FOR MVP
We’re a small company, so we really appreciate it when our customers take the time to give us feedback. We truly take your words & suggestions to ️️. Our Best Sellers section is packed with our Fan’s “Most Valued Products.” If you have a favorite Arc-Zone product or suggestion for how we can improve, we’re always looking for more “assists” so we can earn a triple-double each game day. Check-out this week’s stats!
DRAFTING THE RIGHT FILLER: HOW TO CHOOSE?
This month’s edition of Practical Welding Today really does a great job of outlining the best way to decide between filler metals for welding 6XXX series aluminum. For example, “Will it be exposed to sustained elevated temperatures? Are strength, ductility, and toughness key requirements?” Answering each question will help you select the TIG Rod that best suits your application. As always, we’re here to help!
WELDING’S VERSION OF A 3 PT PLAY
This is what you call stick welding from downtown! Go ahead, try this at home and see what kind of magic you can create… if you can actually strike an arc from 4 electrodes deep. Too cool! It’s always nice to share something fun and entertaining. Someone even referred to Pierre as the Stephen Curry of welding. Pure, unadulterated awesomeness!!
#WELDLIKEAPRO
Although Bruno Kochan (@kochan_welder) is early in his career, his skills & his welds foreshadow a long and successful career. He started off, like most, by honing his Stick Electrode skills. He now spends his days TIG welding pipe. He practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys participating in competitions, which we suspect keeps him connected to his Brazilian heritage. Cheers to Bruno and to all the Tradesmen & Women who know, all too well, that the devil is in the details!
