“EARS” TO A HAPPY EASTER

TAKE A LITTLE TRIP…

Take a little trip and see… all those hard to reach places with the Super low-profile LowRider Gas Lens Kit. At half the size of a standard nozzle, the LowRider and LowRider Slammed Stubby setups are perfect for tight spots and even better for micro welding when you need to get that much closer to your weld.

THE GOLDEN EGG?

If you’re all done with the standard issue torch that came with your imported welding machine, these Quick Release Hose Converters  may be the answer to your “I Need an Upgrade” prayers. The Adapter Plugs convert Standard 5/8″-18 RH Gas and 5/8″-18 LH Water Hoses.  Note:  QDWAP & QDGAP won’t work for everyone, so our Technical experts are like the Easter Bunnies of connectors… we can help find the brass “egg” hidden right under your hood.

HONORING THE ORIGINAL ROSIES

“Women were vital to the defense of our country during World War II and redefined what it meant to be a woman in the workforce,” says Arizona senator Martha McSally. Nearly 80 years later, those women are finally getting the recognition they deserve with the Women Who Worked on the Home Front World War II Memorial Act. Sometime in the foreseeable future, a memorial will be erected in Washington D.C. honoring all of the hardworking women who blazed trails. Learn more about Rosie the Riveter at CarmenElectrode.com

WOMEN WHO WELD. SLAY. REPEAT. SAM I AM

Less than a year ago, we talked with Samantha Farrugia, founder of Women Who Weld, a non-profit welding program designed for unemployed and underemployed women. Since then, she’s graduated more than 450 women and is showing no signs of slowing down. Samantha’s a major player in the welding community, and her reach goes beyond the classroom. She’s influenced thousands of women to take the leap, learn a new skill, and find a great job. A University of Michigan  article on WWW reports a 100% program-to-employment rate, with many participants receiving job offers before graduation. Learn more about Samantha at CarmenElectrode.com
